Amanda L. Mineer brings over a decade of experience representing veterans in VA disability appeals to her role as Of Counsel with Peña & Bromberg. Since 2012, Amanda has dedicated her practice to ensuring veterans receive the benefits they have earned. She has successfully advocated for veterans and their families before the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Board of Veteran Appeals, developing persuasive legal strategies that achieve meaningful results.
Amanda is nationally recognized for her work with survivors of Military Sexual Trauma (MST). Known as “The MST Lawyer,” she has never lost an MST case, a testament to her skill, persistence, and unwavering commitment to this community of veterans.
Beyond her advocacy, Amanda serves as an educator and thought leader in VA law. She has presented Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs to attorneys and Veteran Service Officers across the country and has consulted with law firms seeking to expand their VA disability practices.
By joining Peña & Bromberg as Of Counsel, Amanda continues her mission of serving veterans with compassion and determination, while contributing her experience and leadership to a team equally dedicated to protecting veterans’ rights.
