Donna Mendez was born and raised in Fresno. Donna has been in the legal field since 2015 and joined the Pena and Bromberg team early 2018. She began with the firm overseeing record submissions from the initial and reconsideration levels, requesting records, and coordinating with the office manager on fee collections. Her main duties now currently include filing and managing Federal District Court cases and ensuring deadlines are met. Donna acts as a liaison between the law office and other Social Security attorneys that refer their cases to our office for Federal Court representation. In addition, she also addresses telephonic inquires for new and existing clients.
Donna studied and earned her Legal Assistant certificate in 2021 from Abraham Lincoln University and was grateful for the opportunity of getting to further her knowledge in a field that she has been committed to and enjoys.
Donna resides locally with her daughter. When she’s not working on Social Security cases you can find Donna hiking with her friends and two golden retrievers Stacy and Henry, enjoying a good book, or camping.
Donna is excited to continue to grow within the company and looks forward to continuing to assist clients with their Social Security cases.
